  • HOW TO USE - Take 2-8 tablets if under 60 years of age; take 2-4 tablets if 60 or older. Swallow or dissolve in water for flexible use.
  • USE AS DIRECTED - Do not exceed 48 tablets per day (24 if 60+). Do not use the maximum dose for more than 2 weeks unless advised by a physician. Follow label directions carefully.
