It helps loosen phlegm (mucus) and thin bronchial secretions to rid the bronchial passageways of bothersome mucus, and may make coughs more productive.
- ACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Each immediate-release tablet contains 400mg of guaifenesin as an expectorant, and 20mg of dextromethorphan HBr as a cough suppressant.
- HOW TO USE: Adults and children 12 years and older: take 1 tablet every 4 hours as needed. Do not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours. Children 6 to under 12 years: take 0.5 tablet every 4 hours as needed. Do not exceed 3 tablets in 24 hours. Children under 6 years: consult a doctor.
